John was born in Newcastle under Lyme in 1963 and graduated from Birmingham University in 1985. He has worked in the surrounding area for over 30 years and has run the practice in King Street since 2010. He likes to work in a happy, relaxed atmosphere and tries to make the whole dental experience as pleasant as possible for everyone. John is married to Louise and they have two grown up children Lydia and Thomas. His leisure time is spent reading, walking and watching his favourite football team Stoke City play.
Pat qualified as a hygienist from Cardiff School of Dental Hygiene in 1981. Pat has worked alongside John on and off for almost 30 years, she plays a very important role in helping to provide preventative dental care, she will also provide an oral hygiene regime tailor made to help you maintain healthy teeth and gums. Outside of work one of her interests is Girl Guiding where she is a Guide Leader & Trainer. She is married with 2 children.
Hayley started working in the dental industry in 2006 as a receptionist. She joined Whittaker Dental Practice in 2015 after taking 4 years off to be at home with her young family. Hayley is married with two children. Her excellent organisational skills help with the day to day running of the practice and Hayley always welcomes patients with a warm smile. When not at work Hayley enjoys planning family activities and socialising with friends.
Louise, originally from Leek moved to Newcastle under Lyme in 1991 when she married John. Being the Practice Manager, Louise always maintains a high standard of organisational skills to ensure the smooth running of the practice and creating a happy, welcoming atmosphere. In her spare time Louise enjoys reading, dining out, walking and socialising with friends.
Clare joined the practice in September 2018, she has been in dentistry since 2014 and obtaining her level 3 qualification in Dental Nursing in 2017.
Clare has a wonderful, friendly personality and makes the patient's journey relaxed and as pleasant as possible, and always welcomes you with a smile.
She enjoys spending her free time socialising with friends and family. Her hobbies include badminton, going to the cinema, shopping and looking after her pet rabbits Bailey and Willow.
